Your BMI is 23.32 which is ideal
At 46kg it will be around 19.16 which is good but you can easily get underweight (44kg and below)
I would recommend lose only 5kg
Try to reduce carbs (roti chawal aalu)
Increase proteins (chicken, meat, egg white)
No fats (oil, ghee, butter or cheese)
Processed foods increase weights so try not to eat from fast foods or pre cooked food

skimmed milk means the one without fat in it (or minimum fat content). The cream has been removed from the skimmed milk.

No extra sugar should be added to it (please confirm while buying) if you’re buying it for dieting.
