I wonder why did you say that “No doctors have answers of” because it’s not possible that you asked them from every doctor alive.

Now coming to the answers.

Low fat diet is considered to caused irritability and aggression probably due to serotonin reduction

Please share the study which states that. However even if it does, then every weight loss regime insists on exercises. Exercise is a very good source of enhancing serotonin.

so the answer to all the other queries mentioned lies in the fact that healthy exercise is important to not only lose weight and to keep the body in balance but also to keep the mind in balance and optimum state.

Should a person with mood swings take SSRIS

It may vary from case to case, however I recommend having regular aerobic exercise first and see the results before moving on to drugs and getting addicted to them.

but
I have some qs , no doctors have answers of?
These qs are never raised or discussed too ! By dieticians.
Hope I’ll get their answers here !
Weight loss diets that are extremely low in fat
have been noted to cause irritable and aggressive behavior patterns in some people ( anger, shouting, other mood irritabilities even weeping) & that’s true!
My qs are :
Is it because such diets cause serotonin suppression??
If yes, than is there any diet (or mention such eatables plz) which will not inhibit serotonin?
& if no such mood boosters are recommended, than what ever a person feels while dieting (anger? aggression, weeping, hopelessness, all must be ignored?? (How)??
Or
Is there any psychotherapeutic tip for that? Other than motivation because mood swings dump motivation too!
Or
should a person with such mood swings take SSRIS? for not quitting diet? (When weight loss is not only a fashion for a person but has become a need to survive)
What to do with serotonin & mood?
