In reply to Pauline. Cleaning yourself / clothes after visiting an infected hospital area can be allowed. But always doing it as a normal routine is not good. Yes your eyes could be sensitive to some chemical they use in hospital, e.g. for floor mopping or for cleaning clothes etc. It may or may not be linked with covid vaccine in my opinion.

I have become obsessed with being clean and making my clothes dust and pollution free by spraying myself with it. Recently though, I’ve gone over the top, spraying my hair and even the inside of my mouth in disgust when I arrive home to protect my environment so I am glad that I found this page and will NEVER do it again. I must add that this all started as a result of attending a hospital to visit my son after he had surgery and noticing that everyone who entered the ward smelt acrid and caused my eyes to smart, even the nurses. I wonder if this is to do with the sensitivity I developed after having the Covid vaccine?

At birth the human eye is about 16mm long; adult human eyes are around 24mm in length.

First growth stage is pretty dramatic during the first two years of life; a second “growth spurt” occurs at puberty.

In reply to Nosheen. Milk is very high in calories Nosheen. You should avoid it or use less quantity. As for overall diet, you need to have a proper diet plan not just 2 roti and milk to lose weight. Please let me know if you want to have a customized diet plan.
